Password Reset

SCPS Staff,

Seminole County Public Schools is making it easier than ever for you to reset your password if you ever forget it. We have collaborated with Microsoft to use their self-service password reset utility. Please note, this utility is currently only for use by SCPS Staff!  To print directions click here.

 

Setup Self-Service Password

 

Visit https://aka.ms/ssprsetup in your web browser and complete the sign-up process using your existing [email protected] and password that you logged in to your computer with.

 

Reset Password

 

After you complete the registration process you can use the following link https://aka.ms/sspr or click on "Can't access your account?" on the sign on page to reset or unlock your account from any device.

Password Requirements for Most Employees

  • Your password must be 12 characters long.
  • Cannot contain all or part (3 or more characters) of your account name. 
  • Cannot repeat the last 10 passwords used.
  • Passwords must contain characters from three of the following four categories:
    • English uppercase characters (A through Z).
    • English lowercase characters (a through z).
    • Base 10 digits (0 through 9).
    • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %).
